GoogleI've been calling the office several times for couple of days to arrange a viewing. Each time I was told someone will call me- no one did. I went to the office, staff assured me that someone will get in touch with me- no one did. Update- I had a call from a manager after posting this feedback so I'm adding another star.

This is now the 2nd place she's gotten for us and she went above and beyond to get us in within the week due to our work commitments. GoogleAfter initially receiving a poor valuation and advice from a Linlithgow agent when selling a property in Bo'ness, we approached Your Move in Falkirk. Best thing we ever did. Marion and her team were very upbeat and positive from the initial consultation through to the final offer for sale. Can't recommend the service that we received highly enough.

GoogleAll the team were very professional, friendly, helpful, and kept us up to date at every stage. They made the process just so easy for us and organised everything such as the home report, viewings and we used their associated solicitors, who were just as efficient and helpful. We would highly recommend Your Move, first class service. Thanks so much Jodi, Morven and Matthew for all your help. Mark and JenniferPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI couldn’t fault Morven and the team at Your Move. They’re all so kind and seemed genuinely excited for me getting an offer accepted. When I picked up the keys I got the loveliest little welcome box that included cider, chocolate, mixer, cleaning samples, discount codes for lots of places like Argos, Wayfair and AO. Truly fab service!

GoogleVery competent and approachable service from the team at Your Move Falkirk for my house sale. I was particularly impressed that I could speak with any of the team members in the office and they were all up to speed with what was happening with the sale and could give prompt updates or offer good advice when asked. The team have done extremely well in delivering such good support during the COVID pandemic, would whole heartedly recommend to make the rigours of the house selling process so much more straightforward and bearable!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
