GoogleI had to manage the sale of my late father's property from 400 miles away. I never met the Dalgetty team but spoke and emailed them on a regular basis. They are second to none when it comes to communicating and managing expectations. When they say they are going to phone you, they phone you. They know the market and will manage the process to get you the best price. If service, communication and honesty are your thing, then this is the team for you. Thank you George, Scott and Sarah, you represent the best of the estate agency industry.

GoogleGreat service with Estate Agents Dalgety Bay. Stephanie R. was great at advising us and sorting a mortgage for us. My husband and I were first time buyers and she kindly guided us through the whole process in a very professional and efficient way. Whenever required, Stephanie went the extra mile which involved giving up some of her own personal time in order to get things done for us in a timely manner, showing great flexibility and kindness. I would definitely go to Stephanie again if buying/selling a house, she's tireless and extremely dedicated.
Thank you very much Stephanie for all your help.
Kind Regards,
Beatriz and John

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Burntisland and moved back to England. As recommended we asked three Estate Agents for quotes. Although Your Move @ Dalgety Bay were the most expensive of the three we both felt that, from their presentation, they offered the best value for money. This turned out to be the case. Our house sold in 6 ½ days after going on the market and for more than the asking price.
George, Scott and Sarah at Dalgety Bay were friendly and professional. They were always available by phone or email and cheerfully answered all our questions. We were more than happy with the service we got from them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Your Move Dalgety Bay to anyone.

GoogleAbsolutely faultless service, well beyond the call of duty. All staff we saw were very approachable and very helpful indeed.
Very helpful with advice leading to a rapid and very pleasing outcome for us.
We do not anticipate having to sell a house again but, if we did, Your Move, Dalgety Bay would be the first place we went to.

GoogleWherever you hang your hat that's your home! Moving with Your Move Dalgety Bay was as simple as that. Honest, reliable, clear
and efficient. You get what you pay for with George, Scott and Sarah. They keep you updated and informed at all times. As all the buyers are in a position to buy, we had no let down sales just a simple straightforward sale and made aware of our position at all times. If Carlsberg made estate agents they would probably make Your Move!

We were kept well informed and guided by George & his experienced team every step of the way from pre-marketing information around our options to final sale. The property was brilliantly marketed and received many viewings and numerous offers. A stress free process that I can highly recommend and excellent value for money too! Thank you

GoogleWe put our home on the market in October 2022. We sold quickly but at the lower end of the price range suggested by Your Move. We understand that the market was becoming more difficult at that time.
We were disappointed with the pictures used to advertise the property but Your Move quickly arranged for more and better pictures to be taken and used in the marketing materials.
George, Sarah, and Scott were easy and straightforward to deal with and they quickly responded to any queries we had. They kept us fully informed at every stage. They were unfailingly pleasant and supportive.
I woulld certainly recommend Your Move Dalgety Bay

GoogleAfter the estate agents not telling the solicitor that I have a buyer for over 3 weeks I had to pay the solicitor extra to make the sale date and move into the new house before my new job started. Also when I asked my estate agent if I should contact the solicitor myself to tell them the buy of the new house will be on that date, they said they will do it just to not do it, which ended with the solicitor calling me and having to rush that too. And now some other stuff is coming up 5 months after the sale. Do not recommend what so ever, if you want to keep your sanity.
