I have recently sold a property through Your Move as I have had such a good experience renting the property through them for a number of years (thanks to Mathew for looking after the rental side of things). I had an offer within 3 days and when that offer fell through the team got the property back on the market the same day and called clients who had previously viewed it. This resulted in getting another offer the next day. Throughout the process the whole team have been so helpful and made everything very straightforward. Their appraisal & valuation of our property by Victoria, was higher than we were expecting and we had received from other local agents. The office staff then professionally handled the marketing and quick sale of our house well above the valuation. With Susanne and Jane keeping us fully informed of the progress of our sale. Unfortunately our sale fell through due to a break in the chain. They immediately relaunched their sales effort and found a new buyer the following weekend.
