Smooth and easy renting experience! I recently rented a property through Your Move Falkirk, and the whole process was the easiest experience I've ever had! Danni was great, and was super professional and kind from the get go, and made the whole process very convenient and straightforward. Any and all questions were answered promptly, and it made my move straightforward and completely stress-free. The team also very kindly arranged a key drop off on the weekend, and it was such a pleasure to meet Michelle, another fantastic member of the team! Super happy with the customer service and team, would highly recommend!

We have had an absolutely incredible experience with the service provided by Lorna at Your Move! We got very lucky that she helped us with the purchase of our home- from the very first time meeting her when we went to view the house all the way up to having the offer accepted by the sellers she has been very quick to respond to all of our queries and was a very good link between the sellers and ourselves, constantly providing us with updates. She was very sympathetic to our needs and helped us arrive to a position that was mutually beneficial for both parties- they say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you go through but Lorna definitely helped to bring ease to our journey!
