When it came time to collecting my keys I was in a bit of a bind as I could not get into their office in Dalkeith and Andrea kindly offered to drop the keys off at my home even though they where due to close soon... From first contacting the agency, we had completed a virtual viewing, real-life viewing, putting down an offer and having this accepted within five (yes, five!) days. Callum at YourMove has been responsive and proactive in helping us at every step. YouMove also put us in touch with a mortage broker Vincent Keane at Embrace, who helped us navigate a mortgage application and associated insurances as well as the Scottish Government First Home Fund application, all of which were swiftly approved with astonishingly little hassle to us. After obtaining 4 Estate Agent reviews (for piece of mind and whole of market offering), from the moment Lisa “YourMove” entered my property, I knew she would be the perfect fit for my needs. So personable and cheery, she knew everything about the area, answered any questions right away and didn’t take up unnecessary time. It is my belief that the team at “YourMove” are second to none. The fees were clear and value for money considering the service received. Upon appointment, I received a call almost daily with regular updates on media packs/sale boards and this was followed up with regular viewings, notes of interest and within a couple of weeks, the sale of my first home. The team of Lisa, Alasdair, Callum and Andrea deserve gold stars! I even received a thoughtful phone call from Andrea first thing on my closing date to wish me good luck. You don’t get that service anywhere else. I was so overwhelmed by the efficient and knowledgeable team that I would highly recommend them to anyone. The team in Dalkeith are highly knowledgeable of the area and are completely professional from the first contact to completion I have used the Dalkeith branch on numerous ocasions and everytime they have obtained exceptional price for my properties some even selling within 2 hours! They make buying and selling a completely stress free experience, when contacting Lisa and her team any member of the team is completely up to speed with the situation and can answer your query Star rating 100 out of 5 as the customer service I found to be 100% at all times

GoogleOur agent was Vincent Keane. He was,professional, personable, efficient and honest not to mention his incredible knowledge. He had quite a challenge with us as we encountered so many problems with a seller pulling out of our deal and all sorts of covid related hitches, but Vincent just worked round everything and kept us informed every step of the way. We have had the most positive experience with Vincent and we cannot recommend him highly enough. GoogleWe've just bought a house with Your Move and had a really great experience, from the very first online viewing through to regular communication, till we finally managed to find the right one for us. Callum, who we dealt with, was very helpful and approachable and so professional. No question was too much for him and he went the extra mile to find out certain things for us. He kept in touch with us throughout the process, asking about houses that may be of interest to us, and sending us any new properties that came onto the market, that matched our criteria.
