Helen displayed the highest level of professionalism, communicating regularly and ensuring that every stage of the process was covered. Helen helped us through everything and was so supportive throughout the whole process. They were attentive, professional and responsive to calls, emails and meetings. Helen was so lovely and went out of her way to get us in our dream house. Even now we’ve moved in, she is still there to help/answer any queries we have. I couldn’t fault your move Carlisle at all. Although the sale did fall through (through no fault of the estate agents), Rachel still made sure to keep in touch with us and sent us other properties we may be interested in, and sent her congratulations when we found a property via a dofferent agent. GoogleExcellent service! I chose Your Move Carlisle to market my house and they have been excellent. The staff are so lovely and have made what could have been a stressful transaction, very easy! They were always at the other end of the phone and went well over their role as an agent. More specifically, Helen has been the most amazing person! I dealt with Helen throughout the sale and she was so helpful! She is insightful and just the most bubbliest person. My house was given a very fair valuation and on the market a couple of weeks before I accepted an offer. Wouldn’t go elsewhere!
