GoogleMy boyfriend and I bought our first home this summer with the help of Rachel at Your Move, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Rachel was so helpful throughout the whole process and always made us feel like a priority. As first time buyers we were quite unsure of the process and had lots of questions but Rachel always made us feel supported and reassured us along the way. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Adele, Rachel and Helen of the staff particularly made sure they were very familiar our property for sale and communications were clear and concise .Thankyou

GoogleA big shout out to Hillary Logan, the very personable lady, and lovely to boot, who was responsible for showing me around a beautifully presented house in the Cleator Moor area on the 22nd August. Unfortunately, it was not suitable but Hillary did her best to point out the many fantastic reasons for buying the home and also praised the area - all without putting any pressure on me. A true professional! Thank you xXx

GoogleNot very helpful and they came across dismissive when communicating with them. I viewed a flat and my appointment was rushed along, asked if I could have the flat that day and the letting agent was gone for the day (I was told they would contact me first thing Monday - they didn’t). I continued to contact them basically saying I wanted to take the flat asap and was brushed off. Eventually I was told I had missed the opportunity. Poor communication so wouldn’t recommend.
