Very impressed with the diligent and friendly team at Your Move Whitehaven. They have been a fantastic partner during the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. Louise's unbelievable work ethic and care for her clients was clear from the get go and Bradley was a brilliant agent with a great attention to detail - he clearly had our best interests at heart. In fact, they valued our old home at £10k more than their local competitors and managed to sell the place in 24 hours! Very happy with the service so far and would recommend Your Move to anyone.

Your Move has been brilliant, i’m a first time renter, only young and quite inexperienced and throughout i have received so much support. Stacey was a god send, she was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole situation a dream. I wudnt rent a house of these as they do not respect or listen to there customers my family rented a home from them in which it was full of damp mould was growing on things etc when the council got involved they had to do work etc they were left with no heating over winter which made them ill. So they moved out 3 mth ago and now they will not pay them there deposit bk. I have advised them to take them to county court and claim compensation.

The staff at Your Move Whitehaven were excellent all the way through the process. From house valuation to arranging potential buyers to helping all the way through the deal. Helping with emails from solicitors printing off documents for me. Especially as it was a tricky procedure for me as selling my mother's property through power of attorney. We have recently had to deal with selling our parents house due to them being in care . Karen mcvennon came out to see the house and advised us on the best way forward. We honestly could not thank her enough for the advice and understanding and support she gave us within this difficult time . She had so much knowledge of all the many hurdles we may face and how to manage them going forward. We are very grateful for her help and wealth of knowledge in this area . We could definatley recommend this lady and your move if your facing a similar dilemma to us or even just if your selling your own home and not your parents house, as we've sold our own property with your move in the past and always had a good expsrisnce . What can I say possibly the worst home purchase experience I have encountered from an estate agent. Their total lack of understanding of the legal requirements wrt Residential Park Home sales resulted in a very stressful experience, from start to finish. Initially they appeared to be quite pro-active but this was shortlived and resulted in us having to keep chasing them to action requests throughout the sale, with regular broken promises of updates which never materialised without us having to chase them. After the sale had concluded it even proved difficult for them to carry out the simple act of arranging collection of their own For Sale Sign, without repeated emails and a direct message via their website.
