My 1st experience purchasing a house. The agents were supportive, professional and proactive, Mrs. Stacy and Denise especially. The communication was always prompt and friendly, and overall my experience with them has been thoroughly enjoyable.

First real experience with a letting agent. Kerry has been awesome from start to finish...patient, friendly and an excellent communicator. Always had time for us even when she was busy. We felt that Kerry was impartial and acted as a good advocate for us which allowed us to communicate all that we wanted to to the landlord. Excellent job Kerry! Danny & Sam

I phoned Your move when I received a card through the post. Nicky Lusher came to get the house details and she was very professional and friendly and not pushy at all. I went ahead and Helen Rudd was my main contact from then. The whole process was handled without any problems and my house was sold very quickly and Helen was always available to answer any questions I had. She was both knowledgeable and professional. A big thank you to all the team at Your Move Carlisle. Colin Peachey and Dorothy Maskell.😀😀

Outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment Nikki came round to see the house, to handing over keys to Helen, the care and attention we received from Your Move was absolutely superb. We went from a valuation,.to accepting an offer on our home within 3 weeks and completion of sale within 2 months. We will certainly recommend Your Move to any friends and family.
