Abysmal service!! Trying to get the branch manager to return a phone call was a nightmare! The worst experience of trying to rent a house i have ever experienced. Totally incompetent and amateur in their attempt at negotiations and fobbed off at every question. Renters & landlords should run a mile from these bunch of wannabee estate/letting agents... looks like we had a lucky escape.

What a pleasure to deal with such a friendly and responsive team. A special thanks to Clare who went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I would highly recommend them as an Estate Agent to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Your Move Wigton well what can I say but after speaking to several estate agents this morning all of which were polite Your Move Wigton absolutely brilliant Bradley dealt with my queries his super calm professional personable way and voice made my morning so much better he not only booked the houses I wanted to view but he also remembered the others I had mentioned and booked in around them. What a special estate agent lovely talking to him and I only could wish that others could learn a thing or two from him. Well done Bradley I’m not the easiest of customers but you truly calmed my morning Thankyou

We chose You Move because they done an amazing job of selling my mums house last year, Nikki Lush came out to value ours, she was very friendly but stayed professional at all times, she went over the whole selling process and advised us of the fees, I would totally recommend them if your looking at selling your house.

Thinking of buying a property, I'd recommend Yourmove and would give them a 6th star. Alex Hoodless and Helen Rudd are just too wonderful beyond words. I'd recommend both of them any time and EVERYTIME.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jess and the letting team at the Carlisle branch. We have let our property three times with their help, each time everything has run smoothly. In particular when our last tenants gave in their notice thanks to the teams hard work we had new tenants in the property within a week.

Rachel Lowery was brilliant and really great to deal with. During the whole process Rachel constantly chased solicitors on my behalf, always updated me when promised and quickly responded to any queries I had - explained everything really clearly and always in a friendly manner too. Would definitely recommend!
