Rachel Lowery was brilliant and really great to deal with. During the whole process Rachel constantly chased solicitors on my behalf, always updated me when promised and quickly responded to any queries I had - explained everything really clearly and always in a friendly manner too. Would definitely recommend!

I would like to say a big thank you to the professional team at Whitehaven. They have just completed the sale of our rental property in St Bees (due to our relocation to Scotland) and over the past 17 years they have helped me manage my two rental properties in St Bees. Their knowledge and experience has been invaluable and it is so important to have local knowledge. Their service has encouraged me to use Your Move to buy and sell in Scotland. Very very bad service we were accepted as applicants done all of our referencing we were told by your move that we have failed we can't go back sorry bye can't even sort it quite rude to be honest we had been told we failed referencing application which isn't true because let alliance said it's your moves decision completely so they must of had a change of heart very unprofessional giving excuses never had any problems with other estate agents like this, would not recommend renting through these people

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Jess and the letting team at the Carlisle branch. We have let our property three times with their help, each time everything has run smoothly. In particular when our last tenants gave in their notice thanks to the teams hard work we had new tenants in the property within a week.

A very friendly team who are always willing to help. During the house purchase process I was advised about everything I needed to know and the best people were lined up all along the way to make the process as simple as possible. Having Embrace Financial Services available in the Carlisle Office greatly aided the mortgage application process. Throughout the rest of the journey I was kept informed and given the opportunity to raise any queries. Overall, it was a great experience, making what would otherwise have been a daunting process much more manageable. Thank you! I'd highly recommend Your Move Carlisle.
