GoogleAbsolutely fantastic team at Your Move in Whitehaven. From booking our first appointment and speaking to Sheree via email and on the phone, I can say I was very satisfied with how they deal with their customers. The response and getting us booked in for a viewing was so quick. When I visited the store and spoke to Louise, she showed they knew what they were doing and made everything as easy as possible for us and made us feel relaxed. They kept us informed of the situation and up to date. After putting an offer in and having it accepted we dealt with Judith who was the mortgage advisor and went into detail about getting the best possible deal without us having to do all the hard work ourselves. Super service, extremely friendly staff and would certainly recommend.

GoogleViewed a property and requested a 2nd viewing,as we don't live locally I phoned the office and gave times we were available (we were in the area for a couple of days).Lady said she would phone me back that afternoon but I got no call.Next day I phoned back and another appointment was arranged for the following week.Had viewing and a few days later I was contacted about my thoughts.I had a couple of very relevant questions and waited for an answer.Three weeks later I contacted them to find out why I had received no reply and was told that they must have left an answerphone message with the wrong person by mistake. Most definitely would not give this outfit the job of selling my house.Communication is appalling and consequently I have lost interest in the property as the answers to my questions when I finally received them were quite honestly unbelievable
