Our experience with YourMove has been excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to answer the millions of questions I had. I also felt they did everything possible to ensure the best sale was achieved for our property. As part of their services they offered us a meeting with their mortgage advisor, Hollie. Although we had already had a few meetings with other advisors we arranged a meeting anyway. It was the best decision we had made as she provided an amazing service, again quickly responding to all of the various question we had. Nothing was too much to ask and she managed to get us a great deal on our new mortgage too! Would highly recommend both YourMove and Hollie.

The Your Move team at Newton Abbot were absolutely fantastic throughout our house buying process. They were all really friendly, efficient and totally committed to supporting us on our journey to buying our new property. We had some unusual challenges to overcome and Vicky at Your Move was the key person in the whole process who enabled this purchase to happen. She was amazing! If you are looking to buy or sell a property in the Newton Abbot area, it will happen with Your Move - they are 100% professional and 110% motivated to help you.

Excellent experience with Your Move Waterlooville Lettings. Swift from the beginning, excellent informative viewing and worked to our timescales - which were quick! Thanks Gemma for all of your help, and everyone else in the office!

Amazing service, Gemma has been so great throughout and so friendly, as well as Carly. Very pleased with how quickly everything is going from the viewing to moving in, as well as how informative they are. Best letting agents I’ve met.

I have both bought a property and rented it out with this branch as a landlord. Sales were excellent-very smooth and really understood the local market. Once they understood what I was looking for they found the perfect place. Renting the property out was easy too. They look after both landlord and tenant and make the whole experience easy. Gemma has always been superb in handling questions and dealing with situations as they arise. Highly recommended

Provided ease during a pandemic! I have been so impressed with the support and help finding a place to rent by Your Move. This is my first time renting outside of house sharing and it has been one I can truly say has been made very smooth! I want to particular mention Cheryl, she has shown excellent professionalism and a friendly service with quick responses to emails, advice about moving to the area and her general communication skills have been amazing! Any query I had (which was quite a few) she was more than happy to help. I cannot recommend this agency enough. And Cheryl is a true asset to your team! Thank you.
