GoogleExtremely rude and unprofessional staff, zero service throughout the tenancy for essential repairs that are a hazard to our health and well-being. 100% would NOT recommend anyone from doing business with them.

GoogleNo support whatsoever from this agency as a tenant, I have been literally told that "they work for the landlord" and wouldn't care about what's fair at all, all I exist for as a tenant is to pay and have only duties, no rights. Much, much time wasted in trying to communicate as every time I called I talked to a different person, which was never up to speed. New people kept then popping up as the new reference person for a specific part of our contract, who again didn't have a clue of what was going on, same as talking to a wall with a procedure printed on. Their job would be carried off far, far better by a computer.

Covid can cause communication delays yet they remained quick to respond & continue to give honest advise. We are very happy with their landlord rental services. They have an admin section together with marketing side.
