I am appalled by the poor customer service of this company. The employees working there, specifically one individual, were unfriendly, condescending and rude. They seem to be more money-driven than customer-driven. To add on, they provided no sense of clarity throughout the process as I often felt like a pest enquiring about something important. Communication was awful. I would never do business with them again. I never fulfilled my tenancy contract with them and I am glad. Not student-friendly at all!NegativeProfessionalism
