As landlords of a property we needed to let out, they sought tenants for us and have kept us informed at every step of the process. The portal provided by Your Move is great, but the personal service and great contact has been suburb and invaluable. Googleif your gonna have any communications with this place, email, that way you have a record of what's being said. Just a heads up, you cant reliably quote a phone call. If your house says bills included, just wait for them to send the addendum, which is a signed agreement that 'your bills are included.... until a point' - no one reads these because why would you, the house agreement is all done and dusted why wouldn't it be fine.... At the end of the day weather your good tenants or bad tenant's you get treated exactly the same at the end so just have fun. They are gonna try and nick as much of that deposit as possible, so even if the house already old and warn, TAKE PICTURES of EVERYTHING My only pros are that the house I was in looked lovely (Victorian house), but your move only manage the property anyway..

GoogleI would definitely recommend Your Move, but in particular Hayley!! She helped me non stop what seemed like the longest 10 months ever!! She done everything she could to help me find a house, answered very very quickly and dealt with anything I asked (even while working from home). After a number of times I got turned away she was always so positive and helpful in any way she could be. Hayley made my experience finding a house very easy and relaxing. Without her I would of given up on my search but she worked her magic and got me a house in a lovely location. She really has changed mine and my little boys life finding this house and making it happen for us, so thank you Hayley for always being so dedicated and hard working. No pressure felt at all and Charlie was excellent in keeping me up to date with regular communications. Just an all round nice guy too!
