GoogleVery poor service. They never called me back when they promised. I had to call to chase up but they can’t give me any solutions! As landlord I pay hundreds to them but they failed to let the property. They don’t even write descriptions about the property when they are advertising it. I Can’t believe I am paying them for nothing! They also failed to send electricians to do repairs work, this year they missed the routine inspections! Really poor service! Very disappointed!

GoogleI would highly recommend your move estate agents. Milo really put us ease throughout the whole process, and the communication and support we received was second to none!

GoogleMilo at your move was incredible, he made the entire process simple and straight forward. I wasn’t looking forward to moving as it can be hard work and complicated. With Milo, this was not the case!

GoogleMilo Cole… what can I say, the words I can not find! This boy is an asset. From professionalism to personality. Happy to go the extra mile and his honest, caring side shone through. Highly recommended if looking for property. In fact it’s a great team. Clearly all playing on the same team. Recommended to landlords…

GoogleRenting a property is stressful at times. I have never used an estate agency before but thanks to Milo at the Mutley branch of your move it wasnt as daunting as i thought it might be. He couldn't be more helpful, he advised and helped every step of the way and was always on the end of the phone or email for any updates or advice. Excellent service all round

GoogleMilo was an efficient, kind and polite young gentleman. He showed me and my elderly grandmother around several properties, and was incredibly patient with us both. Couldn't recommend him enough

GoogleHaving had poor quality service from estate agents in the past, I was apprehensive about taking a viewing with Your Move. I was, however, pleasantly surprised by the professionality of the agent who took me and my wife through several properties. His name was Milo and he was courteous, inquisitive and left me with the sense he was really looking for the best for us. Unfortunately there wasn't a property suitable for us at the time but I cannot dismiss the quality of service I received and I am very grateful, could not recommend enough.
