GoogleI've always been one of those annoying customers who ask numerous daft questions and need everything explaining in the simplest of terms. Throughout the whole process Libby was brilliant, very patient and understanding. And always enormously cheerful, which made the whole process more enjoyable than it usually is.

GoogleI found a property on Zoopla and I have applied for that property, I sent messages and I called them lots of times but I've been ignored. When I have been to the agency in Waterlooville to apply for the property they took my details and same they told me that they will call call. I was waiting and waiting for their call but nothing. I called them and at the end they decided to book me for a viewing and a few hours before the viewing they called to let me know that the property is no longer available. I lost my time and a day off from work. They knew that I need to move quite urgently. I'm very disappointed with them. The worse agency. They are not reliable.

GoogleJust bought a flat through Isabelle, she was friendly and professional and made the whole process very easy for my mum who is in her 70s and easily gets flustered. All correspondence with Isabelle has been followed up in a timely manner and nothing is too much bother. An asset to Your Move.

GoogleI have been dealing with Libby from your move and have to say from day one has been nothing but exceptional. I had a short window to find a property as was starting a new job and moving area. Libby was a constant source of comfort in what was a a tight and stressful timeline to move. She answered my many questions thoroughly and was always willing to go the extra mile. She did this with a smile and saw me through to getting a lovely home up until the day I moved in. I really cant thank her enough.

GoogleRegistered interest in renting a property back in November and was told awaiting access from tenants, tried to chase with Emma in the past couple weeks or so to be told there is no access to then find out the let has been agreed with zero contact from the to say so. As if finding a place to live in this climate wasn't stressful enough. Poor poor communication. It seems if you're not a buyer you're just not considered important enough.

We had 40 plus people wishing to view this property and could only show so many. Emma apologises for not calling you to confirm the property had been taken however has been off with covid and only returned to the office today. Good luck in your search for a new home.

GoogleI have had the best experience anyone could ask for with Emma from You Move Waterlooville! I made a call to enquire about renting my flat and literally within 3 days I had viewings and found some lovely tenants. I have had feedback already that they are happy! I have had a roller coaster of a time with my move. Emma made the process so smooth for me. Most of all she is so lovely, kind and always so helpful and understanding right up until the very last moment when I handed over my keys. That meant a lot at such a stressful time.
