Overall had fantastic service from Libby at your move, she kept me updated throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble for her she was amazing, however on the day I was collecting the keys it was a shambles, I was kept waiting in the office while they tried to contact the person who had taken the keys to do the inventory check, then they told me to go for a walk for 20 mins and when I returned they said they couldn’t contact her and gave me the keys from their drawer nearly an hour and half after I arrived

Apologies you had to wait for the keys ,however ,we did not confirm a time for you to collect the keys as we were waiting for the Inventory to be conducted, therefore the wait could have been avoided. As we were aware you were waiting, we decided to give you our maintenance set of keys rather than waiting longer for the Inventory clerk to return with your set of keys. Hope you have now settled in ok - All the best in your new home.
