GoogleWe have been dealing with Reece from the Newton Abbot branch and he has been absolutely incredible from start to finish of the process! I have rented with different agencies previously and by far this has been the easiest and stress free experience whilst moving! Would absolutely recommend this branch.

GoogleGreat Mortgage Broker Chelsey recently helped me with my remortgage. Her service was brilliant. She was quick, efficient and nothing was ever too much bother. I will be using her services for all future mortgages and definitely be recommending to friends and family.

GooglePaul and the team at Your Move Newton Abbot branch have made the process of selling a family members house incredibly easy and straightforward. From initial valuation by Josh through to completion, their knowledge, communication and professionalism have been exceptional and arranging high volume viewings and interest with excellent marketing tools. All completed swiftly within a very short space of time. Would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleI used your move ( Newton abbot ) recently when moving property. Reece and Laura were fantastic, super friendly and made the move so easy especially in the small time frame we had from viewing to weeks later moving in. Literally responding to emails within minutes. Reece even helped me when measuring the rooms to see if my furniture would fit on the second viewing. Honestly Cannot fault them. :)

GoogleI have been using YourMove services for 17 months now through the letting side of life and Laura & Reece have personally ensured everything ran as smoothly as possible. As for having to find somewhere new to rent in a short period of time, the team really supported this difficult transition, they were very personable, understanding and we'll, Reece has gone above and beyond to support me, absolutely adore him for being professional yet friendly with his personal flare!! GoogleMy experience with Your Move started really well with good service from Josh who helped to agree our purchase. However, from there it could not have gone much worse. We traveled from over 200 miles on a weekend for a viewing, only to be told that the estate agents had not communicated this to the sellers. We ended up waiting on the doorstep waiting for 30 minutes as the sellers were out enjoying their weekend. The communication from the team was exceptionally disappointing and we found Vicki (team manager) to be extremely rude. Eventually our purchase fell through and this was the last we heard from Vicki even though she was fully aware of our criteria. I would highly recommend avoiding Your Move if you are looking for a successful purchase or sale.
We have investigated your comments and can see that your concerns were dealt with via the branch some months ago now. The Newton Abbot team were always upfront with you and explained from the point of you making an offer that if the Vendor could not find a property to buy this transaction could not proceed. We are sorry that you had your heart set on a property and unfortunately it did not work out. We wish you all the best for the future.

They have been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful the whole way through and suggested a fantastic mortgage advisor and solicitor that meant our purchase has all gone through very swiftly and without a hitch. GoogleWe have recently embarked on a journey into the investment property market and are purchasing a house through Your Move Newton Abbot and as such have had dealings with the most of the team. I can honestly say they have been exceptional in helping us so far. Danielle was our first point of contact and she arranged a viewing of a property we enquired about ensuring it was at a convenient time for us, there was none of these open event viewings some other agents seem to be fond of these days. Paul conducted the viewings and was most helpful and insightful about the property and has also shown us other properties on their books. He really listened to the criteria we gave him in our property search and secured us a great property. Chelsey has given us a lot of advice about mortgages and has kept us very well informed about the ever changing landscape on the interest rate front. Laura and Reece have both been very helpful in talking to us about the rental property journey and the ins and outs of how it all works and the options available for managed lettings. I have absolute faith that they will both do their best to ensure we have great tenants in our property. Lastly I want to mention Vicky the manager she has been there to make sure it has all run smoothly and clearly has a very good team working with her. I really can’t rate them all highly enough and look forward to working with the team to guide us.

We have had almost every team member involved in our sale and in us purchasing at some point. Each person has showed genuine interest in getting you what you need. They keep you very well informed throughout the whole process which we appreciated. GoogleWe have had a first class experience when dealing with all the people we have interacted with so far at Your Move Newton Abbot. We are in the process of purchasing at the moment, and without exception everyone has been polite, friendly, helpful and on hand to answer any questions or queries we have had. Paul in particular has been looking after us very well with viewings and transacting for us with the vendors, and also so has Vicky who has been on hand to very capably assist when I have a habit of ringing on Paul’s day off! Also we would like to acknowledge Laura the lettings manager and her colleague Reece who are equally friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way be that on the phone or face to face. Finally a thank you also to Chelsey who has been very helpful with looking into mortgages for us and again has been friendly and nothing seems too much trouble. You have been a star as well! Right from our very first interactions with the staff at the branch we would have no hesitation in recommending the entire team at Newton Abbot to look after you, and your property needs, be that buying, selling or for lettings and mortgage services. GoogleIt was a pleasure sorting my move to my new house, with these exceptionally polite, concise and professional employees. Reece Smith was the agent that was dealing with me personally, and is a very well mannered, well spoken man. All details about the property were laid and succinctly, leaving me to never have to catch him up about certain issues concerns or information. And always checked back to make sure consistently just in case. And Lauren, came back with any documentation quickly and concisely. All in all the move was a breeze and would highly recommend using this organisation for you're move.. pun intended.
