GoogleVery bad service, don’t respond to emails. Kicks you out of your apartment with a 1 week notice.

A minimum of 2 months notice was served correctly inline with the Housing Act of 1988 via Section 21 Notice. GoogleOh my where do I start!!! My sons student accommodation was bug infested, damp and mould on the walls with a broken chest of drawers, and carbon monoxide coming in his window from the flue that’s right outside his bedroom window and also the bathroom. Dealing with you-move has been like a circus, they take no responsibility in dealing with things and are very rude when they have to deal with any problems! They don’t care because you’ve signed the contact and they just want the money! So if you like having lots of problems and bugs and mould with carbon monoxide and dealing with people with attitude problems! Especially AMY!!! Who is argumentative and very very rude! Then this is the company for you!

GoogleWe have just recently completed on a house purchase that was made very difficult by the tenant but sam and Jessica on the sales team have been fantastic and so helpful. They answered every question/ weekly phone call that we had even if they didn’t have the answers they would try there best to get me answers! Would deffo recommend using them!!

GoogleAwful service. Take months to repair any issues with the house, for example we had a shower leaking through our light for 2 years, yet they will use blame the tenants. Also when you end a tenancy they will do everything they can to overcharge you and keep hold of your deposit, so be prepared to never see that money again when you start a tenancy.

GoogleI have been in 4 rental properties in the past 4 years, and these are by far the worst agency I have had to deal with. I would highly recommend finding another rental property with another agency. To put it into perspective, I have never left a review on google in my life, but they are that bad that I had to.
