GoogleSam dealt with the purchase of my first home. She's been organised, diligent and exceptionally helpful. Even after I received the keys and money had changed hands already, any questions I had she always answered, even if it meant calling me back to find the answers. I am greatful to her and wholeheartedly endorse the service.

GoogleI would never let from YOUR MOVE again. They failed us as tenants majorly them and the landlady they were meant to be in contact with. Moved us into a property that was covered in black mould and when questioning it I was called a liar even though it was in the opening inventory they had provided. Being in the property over a year and there were still major works that had to be done. Change of property mangers so I had to explain myself multiple times about the occurring situations. They used the book shelf to hide damp walls, we had the same contractors come out more than twice to just “patch the work up”. Honestly the worst experience of my life letting from them, and to think I was told at the start of my tenancy “it would be a smooth move.” Well it wasn’t! Please be careful letting from this agency!
Hi Marianna, our maintenance team acted when you reported some issues within the house and from there we worked with the landlord and yourself to provide a damp survey to find the cause of the issue. This was found to be from a crack on the render which was causing internal water damage - once the source of this was located the landlord arranged for remedial works to be completed to rectify/prevent this and redecorate accordingly. We unfortunately cannot control one of our maintenance team going on maternity leave however I welcome Josephine to re-confirm details with yourself to ensure there hasn't been any changes in the house. Whilst I do share your frustration that there were some ongoing works during your time at the house, we unfortunately also had to handle rubbish removal/cleaning once you vacated. GoogleI got my house from youmove I would highly recommend these guys was easy to talk to was always on the phone if I needed help with anything they was fast at responding to emails ect and made the move as smoothly as it could have so just wanna say thanks again to the team if u are looking for somewhere and a team who is helpful then these are who u want to do this with

GoogleJust sold a bungalow with Your Move Camborne and it has gone very well. Rebecca and Jennifer supported us very well & were friendly & helpful at all times. A special shout out to Sam at Portsmouth who was area manager and chased things for us when the process slowed down. All in all we are very satisfied with the sale.

GoogleYour Move Southampton (London Road) branch have been fantastic, from start to finish. Moving house is stressful but the team that I dealt with, Charlie, Francis, Max and of course amazing Sam (Sales Manager) have really supported the sale of my house! Cheers guys.
