GoogleI have recently sold my house through Your Move in Camborne. Rebecca has been amazing, she has always been available to answer any concerns or worries I have had. Their Sales Progression Manager Nigel has gone above and beyond. He has liaised with solicitors, kept me constantly informed daily when things got tricky and his reassurance and friendly manner really helped. I highly recommend using Your Move.

GoogleA warning to all future tenants and landlords. Read all the reviews before using this estate agents. Some of the people who left reviews I lived with and can confirm they are true. Tenants stay away from this branch they don't care and the new team put in place don't either. Lanldords if you treasure your asset do not use Your Move they don't care about your property Tenants do report problems but the estate agents don't do anything. Multiple times things get reported only for the maintenance team to come out multiple times for the same problem or signed off as work completed when no one turned up. As the saying goes you can't polish a turd

GoogleWe have used YourMove in Camborne both to buy and sell a house in Portreath and could not recommend them higher. Rebecca especially is lovely and a fantastic agent, she is patient and hardworking. Nigel who is the sales progression area manager is also great, he is persistent and communicates to a high level. GoogleAverage, poor communication, poor picture quality etc, didn’t really push the house via their platforms, wasn’t happy with the write up etc Was told by the manager at the time I couldn’t put my house on for the price I wanted it to be on for…. I’m the customer right, never told on a couple of occasions that the viewing didn’t happen etc Did like Deon the mortgage broker tho he was amazing Went with another independent chain after 3 months and sold within 4 days Would never go with a huge chain like this again

GoogleI can't thank Connor and Millie enough for all the help and support they gave me during what was a very stressful time. I was understandably worried about finding somewhere new to live. The team worked hard to find me suitable accommodation and arranged an agreement with my previous landlord that made the move much more manageable. On moving day, they even helped me transport my belongings to my new home, which was far beyond what I expected and made a huge difference. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. Throughout the whole process, they kept me informed, answered my questions, and treated me with understanding and respect. They made what could have been a very difficult experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and reliable estate agent. Thank you again for everything you did, I really appreciate all of your help.

GoogleWe have rented a property from Your Move Southsea for over eleven years and because of illness had to move. Throughout that time we were looked after by Maureen. We can't say enough good things about her, from her visits to any maintenance issues. All dealt with in a courteous professional manner, sometimes going above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and her great personality shone through. We will miss her! Once again, many thanks.

I have had excellent support from all staff as the process has involved Property management/maintenance, lettings for the transition of my tenants, sales for all the viewings and closing out the sales and sales progression right at the end providing updates to each sale even before my solicitor had contacted me. Well done all.
