GoogleI contracted this agent for three months from August ‘24 to October ‘24. Although initial communications were constructive everything from the outset was problematic. There were various issues with contract details and marketing materials and to make matters worse the agents actually closed down their base of operations during this period for a complete refurbishment without informing me, which was to say the least disconcerting. After going live with the property literally nothing happened. I found myself having to constantly chase the agent with phone calls and emails and there was virtually no ongoing input. The property received no viewings at all within this period and eventually I gave instructions to remove the listing. Needless to say I wasn’t at all impressed with the service that I received. Overall a most frustrating and underwhelming experience. I wouldn’t be inclined to endorse this agent nor would I be disposed to recommend them.

GoogleWe had Libby help us out with our viewings and helping us find a few properties, unfortunately we didn't find our property with yourselves, but damn Libby honestly went above and beyond for us and she gave us so much confidence and reassurance when looking for a place. GoogleThank you to Paul, Will, Josh in the Newton Abbot office, who dealt with viewings etc. They were approachable, friendly and very willing to help. The progression of my purchase is handled by Sam in the Southampton Department. She took trouble to overcome the hurdles quickly and efficiently. Thank you for updating me with the developments, the twists and turns of this horrible process that is called, house buying. And thank you for your cheerful manner when doing so. Communication is vital. This dreadful English conveyance system needs to be streamlined. It takes longer now, due to the legal requirements, than it did when I brought my first property in 1974, ridiculous!
