My property has recently been listed for sale with Your Move Newton Abbot, and so far my experience has been extremely positive. As this is the first time I have sold a property, I was naturally a little unsure of the process, but the team have been fantastic from the very beginning. I've been working with Louise, Stuart and Will, and their communication has been outstanding. Any queries or concerns I've had have been responded to quickly, often almost immediately, which has given me a great deal of confidence and reassurance throughout. They also keep me regularly updated on progress, so I never feel left wondering what's happening next. What I've appreciated most is the way they've guided me through each stage without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. If you don't choose YOUR MOVE then you will make a mistake. Paul has been amazing throughout our sale, he sold our property quickly with good communication and got what we wanted for it, he also has been keeping us updated frequently and he has also been super friendly and helpful with signing lots of documents as a witness for us. Nigel has been the man who will be on the case too, he's been chasing the chain constantly to hurry things up as much as he can and also keeping us in the loop with every step. Your move as a whole are absolutely outstanding, thank you to all the efforts from everyone on a daily basis. So glad we changed estate agents when we did. ⭐️ 1 star Unfortunately, my experience with Your Move has been extremely disappointing. The communication and organisation throughout my tenancy were shocking. Contracts contained inconsistent information, and whenever issues were reported, they often went unresolved or I was left constantly chasing for updates. The property itself also had bed bugs and mice, which were reported but not properly dealt with. It is completely unacceptable to have to live with pest issues and feel as though your concerns are being ignored. Even after moving out in July, I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. The ex-landlord is not responding to me, and despite Your Move being involved, I am also getting no meaningful response from them. Overall, I have spent far too much time chasing issues that should have been dealt with properly in the first place. The lack of communication, organisation and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I would not recommend Your Move, particularly to students.
