GoogleJosey at Your Move Waterlooville is brilliant. We had regular contact throughout the process and she was very proactive to ensure that all members of the chain kept things progressing. She's also very understanding of how stressful selling a house can be. The advert for our property was professional and the photos taken ensured we got plenty of interest via property search sites.

GoogleYour move lettings have just been outstanding! I'm a new landlord and was quite nervous. However with help from Matt Richard and Emma the process from listing to let has been perfect. I'm amazed at some of the reviews on here for one star. But as a new landlord I'm guessing most come from tenants who expect the world on a plate. Well done your move keep up the great work!!

GoogleBetter not to have business with this "agency". Filthy costumer service, zero assistance, zero seriousness and I could continue for hours.. They let you inside a flat that they don't even check properly, describing Fake features that they don't provide. And this is only one of the many problems I have been through thanks to them. Problems that you wouldn't even imagine. Almost risked to be homeless and the only thing they say to you is "go out and take a coffee in the meanwhile". So disappointed and frustrated even now, that after two months of tenancy I still don't have the "privilege" to take a hot shower like normal people.. So disappointed...

GoogleDisrespectful and undertrained agents. Trespassed twice in my home! No notification or even a knock. Just barged in. Their response: "We can do as we please as we have the landlord's permission". You'd think they'd be aware of UK law regarding inspections and viewings but obviously this place is run by undertrained staff. If this happens again I will be calling the police.

GoogleWe paid £300 to secure a flat, only for them to turn around and say that we couldn't move in because of block management clauses. They should have known this before we even viewed the property.
Dear Tom We were sad to read of your dissatisfaction. Neither the owner or us as Agents were aware of the new clause the bock committee were adding to the lease, whereby sharers would no longer be permitted to let in the building. Again we apologies for any inconvenience it caused. The full holding fee was returned and additional accommodation was offered. Regards Sam

GoogleI have been using Your-Move for a few years to let a number of properties. The office is keen to help both Landlords and Tenants with clear honest communication. They are init for the long term so repeat business and retention of clients is important and they will go out of their way to do this. The office is process driven ensuring we all stay complainant. I have also purchased property from the office and again they have gone out of their way to keep the purchase on track.

GoogleA couple of years ago we were having trouble letting our flat, financier advised us to use Sam at Yourmove best days work we ever did. She has always let our flat. We had trouble with our letting of our other place it was her help in advising us to persue a section 21, this we did and it was made more complicated because we were living in France, anyway to cut a long story short we now have got rid of the agents and have got another property which we took on with the help of Sam and her team. So without too much effort it appears that Sam and her team have been guiding us through the pitfalls of letting properties successfully.

GoogleA huge thanks goes to Amy, Sam and Maureen. Amy was really helpful, professional and patient will all my inquiries. I have rented my property while I was overseas. All the paper work and payment was done online. SO, everything I had to do once I have arrived to the UK is collecting the keys. Sam was very helpful in that part and made sure that I receive the property in its best shape. Finally, the maintenance services in Your Move is really professional and fast. I had all the maintenance requirement done within one week, thanks to Maureen. I would highly recommend Your Move for anyone thinking of buying or renting a property.

GoogleCan you rate below 1 star?.. Beware: Your Move are trading as Home and Student Link. My partner had this agency for 1 year as a student in Plymouth. Throughout the year many issues with the house occurred, which were often ignored or responded to months later. These included serious issues such a leaking ceiling (which eventually fell through) and faulty kitchen appliances which safety checks were out of date. Moreover, in the days before she left, their personal contractor visited without 24 hours notice. This not being a particular issue to a group of students, HOWEVER, he did take the hoover in the house??? Why you ask? It can only be assumed to be an elaborate plot to hinder the cleaning efforts of the group, to force charges from the students deposits. Bit sly that. The company then proceeded to charge £180 of £250 deposit. They even charged for items that were never on the original inventory list. Also charging for stains which were on the inventory upon arrival. This company has without doubt lied and tried to take money whenever they could. Utter incompetence. Your Move: the lack of effort and care of the office staff and the contractors. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE

We couldn't foresee ourselves ending up as landlords, but they gave us sound advice and a calming influence over the situation when we needed it, we couldn't be more thankful for your help. GoogleMy husband and I sold our property through Your Move Newton Abbot, the service from start to finish was stress free and efficient. Your Move sale agreed our house within 5 days! Cannot recommend them enough, every member of staff was very helpful whether they were on Sales or Lettings and were always very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble, would use them again!!
