GoogleI’m in the process of selling and buying. Louise came to mine and explained everything really simply about what I would need to do to get the ball rolling on selling my property. Paul has been really helpful with how the process has been going and there’s always some one on the phone can help you with any issues you have. Then there’s Hollie! Hollie has gone above and beyond for me sorting my new mortgage. It can be really confusing and there is a lot of paper work but she’s been there every step of the way even doing bits for me that she didn’t really need to do and explaining things when she knows I’m stressing! Can’t thank her enough EVERYBODY at your move has Been great and would easily recommend them to anybody

GoogleI am completely new to the rental market and had many questions and indeed certain reservations about the whole process. My application to rent was made much easier by the letting consultant . Naomi who was very efficient, friendly, helpfull and knowledgeable. This has made the whole transaction much easier. I would thoroughly recommend Naomi and the rest of the team at Newton Abbot to any one considering the rental market.

GoogleAlthough we didn't actually buy our new home through Your Move they did get a mortgage sorted for us and I cannot praise Hollie Cale at the Newton Abbot Branch highly enough. The service she provided was outstanding and she got the right balance of friendliness and professionalism. If you need a mortgage then Hollie is the lady to go and see.

I dealt with Hollie Cale one of the mortgage advisers there for my first mortgage and also for revising my mortgage later on and would certainly recommend her. Very professional, very efficient. GoogleWATERLOOVILLE LETTINGS Within a day of calling into their office they had found me a tenant! Anna, and indeed the entire team, are friendly, efficient, and very professional. Anna explained every step of the letting process very great clarity and from the onset I felt I was in safe hands and that they would do their utmost to ensure they found the best tenant for my property. Highly recommended!

GoogleJosey at Your Move Waterlooville is brilliant. We had regular contact throughout the process and she was very proactive to ensure that all members of the chain kept things progressing. She's also very understanding of how stressful selling a house can be. The advert for our property was professional and the photos taken ensured we got plenty of interest via property search sites.

GoogleSelling our 85 year old mums house for her while myself and my brother and sister all live in different cities was going to be a difficult task, but with the help of Sue and Josie at Waterlooville it went a lot lot smoother than we all expected! From start to finish Sue and Josie were there to help, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made a very difficult and emotional time for us all a lot easier to get through and we will always be grateful for their help and the excellent service they gave us! By the time of completion they felt more like family friends! Keep up the excellent work ladies, it was a pleasure working with you and once again thank you so so much xx
