GoogleHi I don’t normally write reviews but Hollie has done 3 mortgages for us now and she is amazing, I have used many brokers over the past 15 years she is far and above the best and I don’t say that lightly. As a business owner myself all you want is your staff to best serve a customer and Hollie definitely does that, thanks again Hollie next one due soon 👍

GoogleI’m in the process of selling and buying. Louise came to mine and explained everything really simply about what I would need to do to get the ball rolling on selling my property. Paul has been really helpful with how the process has been going and there’s always some one on the phone can help you with any issues you have. Then there’s Hollie! Hollie has gone above and beyond for me sorting my new mortgage. It can be really confusing and there is a lot of paper work but she’s been there every step of the way even doing bits for me that she didn’t really need to do and explaining things when she knows I’m stressing! Can’t thank her enough EVERYBODY at your move has Been great and would easily recommend them to anybody

GoogleI have dealt with a number of agents when looking to buy my property, some of which didn't even call me post viewing for feedback. The experience of dealing with Your Move has been completely different. I have had loads of communication with Vicky who has really helped me with the whole process. I have been offered services such as mortgage, legal and insurance assistance all the way through although no pressure to take the services from Your Move. When ever i come to sell a property YourMove will be the first agents I call as I know their processes are thorough in terms of follow up calls and the level of professionalism shown by all members of the team.

GoogleWe've moved a lot in the last few years and have had some horrible dealings with estate agents in the past. This move was really tough as some of our paperwork had a mistake thanks to the council. Naomi from Your Move went above and beyond to help us. She got everything running as smoothly as possible and was always warm and welcoming to us. An absolute pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend this branch enough!

GoogleYour move was one I never really thought about, but from the word go were so helpful that we realised what we had been missing out on. Massive thanks goes to Amy for being so patient with me and supporting the let through all communications and even allowing to go back to view the property again for measurements!! Fees and prices all as expected and came with a friendly and approachable service!

GoogleYOUR MOVE MUTLEY PLAIN PLYMOUTH Helen & Emily have been amazing. I had a couple of viewing last week of which weren't quite what I was looking for. I spoke to Helen and she took on board all of my requests. (2 bedrooms, a bath & somewhere really nice within my budget) she rang me on Monday & arranged an out of hours viewing o the very same day. I went to view & wow everything I wanted & in a lovely location. They have done all of the referencing etc and I get my KEYS 2morro Thursday. All of this in just 3 days. Highly recommended as they were so helpful Thank you Helen & Emily 😁

GoogleSophie at your move plymouth has been completly amazing from start to finishe. She helped so much. Chased for me when i asked. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldnt fault her work standard at all. She did her best at all times. She was also really lovely and a pleasure to use selling my house. If i were to move again i could 100% use her again.

GoogleAbsolutely disgusting service experienced. Agreed to rent a flat on the condition that it was cleaned and the bathroom was tiled pre contract. Travelled 50 miles to pick up the keys to (hopefully) move in, to then being told they have no idea what they keys are for whilst being handed them, to then taking 25 minutes to open the front door of the flat as it was very stiff (we were not told this as when we viewed the flat we went through the back door entrance and they supposedly didn't have the keys for the front at the time. We were also greeted by 10,000 mountain bikes in the communal hallway so no idea how we would of gotten our furniture through, can see why they didn't show us through the front on viewing😂). We asked for a second viewing a couple of days after the first just to make thorough checks and to see if we were sure and if anything was done to it through cleaning etc, however the landlord supposedly had the keys and was very busy... but going into the flat nothing was done of which was said was going to be done, bearing in mind this was all signatured off to be completed, so they breached the contract of the tenancy and this is very bad for an estate agent to do! They're below average and very blunt and unprofessional when replying to your emails/questions. Would NOT recommended this estate agents, unless of course you want a dirty and mouldy house. Later that day we complained to the manager of Your Move, whilst she just sat their and smirked at us and took a very sarcastic approach about it, saying she couldn't do anything about the flat. After some doing and some progressive and very tiring complaining we eventually got our tenancy cancelled with the deposit refunded, however the fees were not. Definitely would not advise Your Move Plymouth.

GoogleA superb service by Sophie so far. Communication is excellent with friendly service which not only met but exceeded my expectations. Asked for details of a property and viewing arrangement and it was booked there and then. Given alternatives to peruse which was viewed and I'm now in the process of purchasing! A listener who will match your requirements to a property. Easy to deal with and always available to answer your questions. Paul has given good financial advice, Matt was informative with the viewings and all staff I have come into contact with have been polite and professional.

GoogleYour Move Newton Abbot were an excellent company to deal with. Purchased my first property through them and it all ran very smoothly. I dealt with Hollie Cale one of the mortgage advisers there for my first mortgage and also for revising my mortgage later on and would certainly recommend her. Very professional, very efficient. GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Incredibly rude and greasy staff who are threatening and bullying, do not care if you tell them about medical issues, try to force entrance to the property without 24 hours notice (I'm very lucky I didn't agree to return keys before the end of my tenancy as they requested), fees that far exceed every other agent in the area (we paid £550 in non refundable fees to move into a flat costing less than that a month - they don't inform you of this until after they've pressured you into sending referencing fees to secure the property), try to charge a tenancy renewal fee despite the landlord specifically asking them not to, told me that one person was coming to view my flat and 10(!) people showed up at once, the list goes on... Read the reviews. My landlord was absolutely lovely but I advise landlords and tenants alike not to use this company, as its making the landlords look bad and I'm certain is charging them a lot.

It is the law for your landlord to have a validated EPC certificate and in point 3.42.4 of your contract, it states that you, as the tenant, should comply with any obligation imposed on the landlord by law. There must have been some miscommunication as we always given 24 hours’ notice for access to try and get these works completed. However, we do really appreciate your feedback as we are always trying to improve the service in our branch, and we do take your comments seriously.
