WATERLOOVILLE LETTINGS Within a day of calling into their office they had found me a tenant! Anna, and indeed the entire team, are friendly, efficient, and very professional. Anna explained every step of the letting process very great clarity and from the onset I felt I was in safe hands and that they would do their utmost to ensure they found the best tenant for my property. Selling our 85 year old mums house for her while myself and my brother and sister all live in different cities was going to be a difficult task, but with the help of Sue and Josie at Waterlooville it went a lot lot smoother than we all expected! From start to finish Sue and Josie were there to help, nothing was too much trouble for them. They made a very difficult and emotional time for us all a lot easier to get through and we will always be grateful for their help and the excellent service they gave us! By the time of completion they felt more like family friends! Keep up the excellent work ladies, it was a pleasure working with you and once again thank you so so much xx

I have been waiting more than 20 minutes in front of Climaur Court, Wilton Place and the agent hasn’t turned up yet. Great! A few days ago I messaged them for interior pics but they didn’t come back to me. Ok I decided to view without interior pics and I got appointment for 16:30 for Saturday. And I’m still waiting!!! Ridiculous, I’m leaving in a minute..

I deal with a lot of letting agents around the south area but find Your Move the friendly and most organised. Most of my dealings are with Angela Woods who is so professional, organised and efficient it just makes my Woking life easier. When it comes to lettings Angela is the one you want, highly recommend.

My friend was about to put an offer on a flat in Totnes today. She rang and spoke to Paul Caisley. He was verbally abusive down the phone, told her that the vendor would laugh in her face about the offer. He was practically shouting at her and left her in tears. We then spoke to Ben who was absolutely lovely (thank you Ben) so my advice is that if you use this company NEVER use Paul as he is very abusive, aggressive and unprofessional. To insult and mock a young girl buying her first flat the way he did is absolutely vile. Steer clear of PAUL CAISLEY.

YM Plymouth Lettings department manage our full rental portfolio. They do a great job finding tenants and managing them whilst they rent. They even take care of maintenance for us. They're very helpful, very friendly and genuinely love doing what they do. Helen, Kelly, Jade & Emily all do a great job!
