GoogleArrogant & unprofessional, with companies like this it is no wonder that estate agents have such a bad reputation. I was given a viewing appointment time of 12noon, arrived on time with no sign of the agent. After 5 mins the agent appeared from the property and approached me calling me by a wrong name, it was the name of another client waiting to view the property. Your Move had arranged for several people to arrive all at the same time! Treating us all like cattle, so unprofessional. I believe that this is a pressure selling tactic, such an unprofessional approach when they are potentially asking the client to agree a contract of £9600.00 per year and yet they don't respect you enough to give you a one on one appointment... I wonder if the landlord who is paying this company are aware of their tactics? I expect not. Unsurprisingly the agent didn't apologise just ignored me and move other client into the property. Incompetent sales agent, who obviously failed as a 2nd hand car sales person, picked the wrong client. Little did she know that I would have signed today and paid all the rent up front.... Your Move ... You Loose! Will never recommend you to anyone.... Two Bit Unprofessional Operation. The industry and customers will be better off without your company in it.

GoogleI recently used yourmove Southampton to help me source a flat for rental, George Day in particular was extremely helpful and his knowledge of the game was second to none. I would definitely use this company again for a hassle and stress free service. Highly recommended.

GoogleI am generally hesitant to write a review on a company because they have different standards of service each time i visit. HOWEVER! i feel i really must write this review to commend an employee called Luke Blackburn who has been absolutely amazing from the get go. Luke has gone above and beyond every time i visit the branch! I was actually so impressed I rent my current property through Luke, who has guided me through every step and made sure i am fully understanding and ok with anything happening before allowing it to go ahead. I would definitely recommend going to Your Move in London Road - just ask for Luke!!!

GoogleDishonest and Unethical. Myself and my wife were looking for a 12 month lease in Southampton. We found an ideal property but was told by the agent that a 6 month lease would be offered initially with the view to extend to 12 months. This, I was told, was necessary to protect the landlord from potentially bad tenants. We accepted this information and signed a 6 month lease, only to find out approximately 2 weeks into the tenancy that the house was already on the market for sale! The only way we found out is because we were asked by the sales team to give an appropriate time for a viewing. This obviously caused my family alot of stress as we have a baby and a dog, and stability was a big factor for us when obtaining a lease. This was not considered by the agent who clearly misrepresented us by either being dishonest or unethical in her approach to arranging the contract. To make things even worse, they charged us £342 for their 'services' in arranging a rental contract that was clearly unsuitable. We would not have signed the agreement if we knew that the house was for sale. This whole experience has caused my family much anxiety and stress in not knowing whether we will need to relocate AGAIN in a few months. I hope that someone will read this and decide against doing business with them.

GoogleAs a foreigner and newcomer, I had to rent a flat to settle down as soon as possible, so I walked in almost half of the agents around London Rd. Finally, with the help of Your Move, I found a lovely flat and moved in smoothly. Hayley, an experienced staff of Your Move Lettings, is always helpful and patient along the whole process. I'm highly impressed by her efficiency and passion. She also told me a lot of useful information about the community and city. I feel lucky to choose this reliable agent.

GoogleHave just moved into a great flat through Your Move. Everyone at Your Move was very helpful throughout the entire process and were quick to give advice or other options when needed. Hayley was managing our move and she was brilliant. Your Move offer help setting up bills and council tax which is really helpful and provide a detailed inventory. The reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that the way they do their references is outsourced to Experian, and is a long winded and complicated process. Apart from this everything was great and we are very happy with our new flat!

GoogleMe and my partner let flats around Plymouth.kelly,jade and the girls from the mutley branch are always very helpful and good at there jobs (also so are the 2 gentlemen) on the odd occasion we have had to buy or sell we can't praise Charlie from sales enough he is outstanding!!!! very good at his job 😃well done guys keep up the good work would highly recommend!

GoogleHaving already spoken to another local estate agent and being advised of so much that I needed to do before advertising my property for sale I thought I would give Your Move a go.......i am so pleased I did, they made the whole process extremely straightforward and easy and I didn't have to do nowhere near what the other Estate Agent suggested! I would recommend using them, it worked very well for me, many thanks to Nick the branch manager.
