GooglePretty embarrassing for the director Oliver hurren who himself owned the property I rented. Lets the property get in such a state and doesnt do serious repairs that I was left with no choice but to call environmental health and he gets an improvement notice issued against him. The property has serious subsidence, a 3cm crack along the entire wall and ceiling. Looks like the ceiling is going to cave in any moment and actual rain water leaking through the kitchen ceiling and all he does is make excuse after excuse after excuse and does nothing. Also has the cheek to increase the rent while the place is in the disrepair it is. You might have more luck if your landlord doesn't work for the company and actually cares about their property and spends money on maintaining it. This conman is also refusing to return my deposit. I will be taking them to court.

GoogleAt the beginning of May we had the most stressful news we had been given 8 weeks to move house with our two children as our landlord wanted to sell. Things seemed so stressful and a long way off until we come across a property that was with your move. What can I say chloe and Gina were absolutely incredible made a stressful situation feel less stressful, they went above and beyond with us. We got a viewing very quickly and were excepted that day. Our references were all complete within a week and we moved a week later. We are so grateful to gina and chloe for being so fast and efficient and empathetic with our situation. Will definitely be recommending your move.

GoogleMy wife and I were trying to find a home in Norwich to move in together, and it was a bit of a nightmare trying to navigate the housing market. We were very happy to come across Simon and Your Move Bennetts. They were always very prompt and responsive to any questions that we had, and were very professional through the entire rental and move-in process.
