GoogleLooks expensive and luxurious but has some issues in the underlying structure. Used to be offices for local paper.

GoogleLovely, inviting building! The facilities are fab especially the gym which is very well equipped and the studio room was very vibrant, spacious and cosy. Definitely recommend.

GooglePaul is a lovely landlord who is very attentive. He always listens to any problems you may have and tried to sort them out as quickly as possible. The building is kept very clean and the rooms have great amenities. The prices are amazing for private studios compared to the prices of other studios in Chester, and the size of the rooms are great. I've got the deluxe room which is massive and is more than big enough to accommodate couples. The gym and common room is great too. The location is fantastic as you're a minutes walk from the centre of town and only 15 minutes walk from park gate road campus. I would definitely recommend Chronicle house to other students

GoogleWorst place I lived in to start most of the beds or mattress are broken so prepare to buy new ones, fridge doesn’t work, reception closes early sometimes at 2 pm or 3pm and you can’t get your parcels until the next day WiFi breaks sometimes, fire alarm goes of twice a week sometimes at 2 am, water filter aren’t clean, washing mechines did not work at all for me and my friends living there and there is a lot of noise starting from 5 am all over so good luck sleeping worst place I ever stayed in never going to stay in any of your buildings if I can give negativitie stars I would
