GoogleTHE BEST ESTATE AGENTS IN ANGLESEY! Firstly i would like to thank Vicky at Williams And Goodwin Estate Agents in Llangefni. She was there to help at every at every step of the process, having not purchased at auction before she replied to my emails / questions promptly! This is my second time purchasing with these estate agents and i would use them again with selling in the near future! The team are all polite and friendly when accompanying on the viewings.. So glad we got there for you Stephen, with the first purchaser deciding not to proceed it was great that we had continued to keep a list of interested parties so we were able to quickly move to another purchaser for you. As I have mentioned to you with your search for a new home we will obviously let you know of anything we think is suitable but likewise please feel free to discuss any other properties you see for advice as our service and advice does not stop just because we have sold for you.

GoogleThe professionalism of the staff at Williams-Goodwin (Holyhead) in particular Charlotte is absolutely superb. We were in a very sad situation of having to sell my father's bungalow to support his residential care. Although Jamie and Matthew were also involved, initially with the valuation and photos etc, Charlotte took over the 'case' and made everything run so smoothly. Her tenacity and drive certainly helped make the conveyancing smooth and relatively stress-free. She was continually liaising with both sets of solicitors as well as the Buyers and us. Of course, this was all done in a very professional manner, yet she was also incredibly warm, caring and compassionate especially in such sad situations. A little humour along the way too. Charlotte is an asset to the Team and has totally restored my faith in estate agents. THANK YOU xx
