We dealt with Williams & Goodwin when buying our new house. They were really helpful and very proactive at every stage of what ended up being a very long winded and arduous process (our own sale fell through twice before proceeding). Elin in particular was brilliant even putting up with my pidgin Welsh emails. We would not hesitate to use Williams Goodwin to represent us if we were ever to put our house on the market. We were selling a property near Bangor while living a long way away, and Gwennan and the others at North Wales Auctions made it a very smooth process. We received regular updates on viewings, were kept well informed throughout the whole process, and got a price very close to the original valuation. Definitely recommended if you have to sell property in North Wales.

Eluned is an excellent communicator and takes responsibility for solving the inevitable issues that arise, recently saving us over £200 on building repairs thanks to her proactive approach. I was mostly in contact with Kelvin at the property I was living at, and he was great. He was really quick responding to any queries I had and fast to sort anything that needed doing, he made both moving in and moving out easy and as stress free as possible. Rhian Cunliffe and Greg Horsman also helped me a great deal, by organising a Sunday move in last minute, when my removal men didn't turn up the day previously.

Very pleased with the service received from the Property People. All queries were answered promptly and I was kept up to date with progress at all times. I have been very happy with Williams and Goodwin in the two properties that I have rented. Adverts have been clear and transparent, viewings were helpful and the transition from one property to the next wad also smooth. Small repairs were always made quickly, and my questions are always swiftly dealt with and resolved over the phone. I recommend this estate agent.
