What I loved most about my letting experience is that both tenants and landlords are put into good consideration by agent. I communicated more with Emily and Greg , they are amazing at what they do. Bangor has a great team . Well done

As a family, we have several properties that are let, and managed by Williams and Goodwin. The staff are always on hand, and efficient. In particular, may I mention the lovely Naomi, who has returned to work after maternity leave. Welcome back, you are always polite, cheerful, and courteous. You are an asset to the Company, thank you for your sound knowledge, and continuing support in all matters. John

Absolutely can’t fault anything about our experience so far with Williams & Goodwin! Everyone I have spoken to on the phone have been so lovely and helpful, and Greg (who showed us our first potential house to rent) was fantastic- extremely lovely and helpful and able to answer every question we had 😊

The Trusted AgentNice people to deal with
Even though we have not actually let from this company, they have let us know of the right properties for us. Kept us informed always with a professional and friendly attitude. We have 2 German shepherd dogs which I feel was the reason we were not accepted for any of the properties we viewed. We are a professional couple and able to afford a nice home. Excellent references and able to pay up to a year in advance but were still turned down. People letting their properties mainly want tenants with no pets so the choice is limited. Anyone who has pets will know that good owners would never let their pets go due to landlords not wanting them as they are part of our family. This is not Williams Goodwin's fault. Greg was always friendly and helpful. Hopefully we are settled now but I would definitely recommend people using this estate agent.
Hi Helen, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are please to hear that you are again settled in you current property! Should you require our assistance in the future then please do not hesitate to contact us. Many Thanks Greg

The Trusted AgentExcellent Service
Gwenan and the whole team at the LLangefni office were truly exceptional during difficult circumstances due to covid. Me and my brother were regularly kept up to date via email and phone to the various issues that were involved to the property being sold and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Mr Melfyn Williams and his Llangefni team very highly in selling or buying property in North Wales.
Thank you David for providing a review and feedback on our service. Only too happy to have helped. Appreciated your business, Kind Regards

I really appreciated having professionals that care help sell our house. No one knows more about the area than Tim, relevant & local knowledge is very important. Emily did a great job closing out and was thorough chasing things down, with great communication. Much appreciated.
Truly appreciate your review. Thank you for taking time to write.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service!!
Williams & Goodwin offer a very professional service along with friendly approach that gives you the confidence that the sale of your house is in the right hands. Matthew was very helpful throughout the sale, from the initial meeting through to completion. He communicated very well and always ensured we were kept up to date with all aspects of the sale. We were particularly impressed in how quickly our house was valued, photos taken and then the house being put on the market, and even more impressed that a sale was done within 24 hours of being put on the market. Both myself and my wife would highly recommend Matthew and the rest of the team at Williams & Goodwin, they are committed, knowledgeable and motivated in all aspects of their work.
Thank you for your excellent feedback Lynne. It was a pleasure to help you achieve your goal in good time. On behalf of the Holyhead team, we wish you all the best, Regards, Matthew.

The Trusted AgentAuction of Shop Property
I found the service provided by Melfyn, Gwennan & Tim to be of a very high standard. Their initial response to my enquiry was very quick - Melfyn attended the property to give a valuation within a couple of days. I was given plenty of information regarding selling at auction (as this was my first time).including a thorough breakdown of the costs involved. Gwennan kept me updated twice a week on the interest that the property had generated.up to the date of the auction. I attended the auction in person and was impressed with the location and the layout/ running of the auction. Once the sale had been completed, I received regular updates as to the progress of the sale. I can highly recommend All Wales Auctions (Williams & Goodwin - The Property People) for their services, professionalism and friendliness. Thank you!
Thanks Debra for your detailed feedback on our service. Happy to have helped. Regards.

The Trusted AgentExcellent professional service
After deciding to put our house on the market, and knowing very little of the process, we contacted Williams & Goodwin, who were very professional and made us aware of all the information we needed, Matthew came round and gave us a valuation, the house was quickly photographed and put on the market, and to our huge surprise it was sold in a week!! Matthew, Rhys and the Holyhead team kept us informed all the way through the process all the way to completion and my wife and I can’t thank them enough for there help
Thank you very much for your 5 star review Martin, it is very much appreciated and it was a pleasure to help you with the house sale. Please do not hesitate to contact me in the future. Kind regards Matthew.

The Trusted AgentAbove and beyond
The team at Williams and Goodwin have been fantastic from the moment I first viewed the property to the exchange of contracts. I was kept up to date of all developments and the staff went above and beyond their call of duty on a couple of occasions to support both the sellers and myself. 5 star customer service. Thank you so much!
