From the initial contact with Tim, to Sam coming to view and value our property, to Nadine keeping in constant contact with us and offering her expertise and guidance, the service was of the highest standard. I believe she was also able to met you at the property a little earlier today and provide an explanation in this matter. Sold house quickly, kept informed of progress. However, I was not informed that their fee was exclusive of VAT until much further down the line which is a little underhand and goes against a certain code of conduct;and that was the boss! A learning experience.
