Thank you for your words of praise. In these challenging times it is often difficult to ensure issues are dealt with so I am particularly pleased to see that the team were not only quick to respond, but also proved knowledgeable and helpful. The emphasis that we place on ensuring staff are fully trained and the hard effort they continually put into ongoing studying is clearly helping to provide the high quality of service we strive to achieve

We had already left the area for personal reasons, and needed to sell our home in our absence during the Pandemic. The advice and support from Williams and Goodwin was spot on. They found a buyer for us quickly and helped the sale go through smoothly.

Sue · 18 March 2022 · Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd Bangor, Gwynedd

Agent replied · 28 May 2024

Thank you for the kind words Sue, the lovely garden you had at the property certainly helped find a quick buyer and we all wish you the very best with your move to Yorkshire to be closer to your family. With you having moved out of the property and communication being by telephone or e mails Julia was surprised to not realise until the end of this transaction that she knew you. It just shows what a small world it is

Thank you so much for going to the trouble of rating the service you have received Kathryn, and I know Julia was grateful for the kind gift you left her on exchange. It is always nice when we achieve a sale on a property which more than one agent is selling as we firmly believe that our marketing strategies, and sales techniques not only brings about offers quicker but also the training and experience of the staff helps progress the offers through to completion. Regards Tim
