GoogleExcellent service, always available with updates and guidance helping to smooth out the process. The uncertainty and apprehension at the time of sale was a little like eBay on steroid’s but again guided throughout to a great conclusion.

I could not fault the service they have provided me over these years and if I could share one regret as a Landlord, is that I did not approach Williams & Goodwin to manage my property portfolio sooner. Overall, I am a very satisfied Landlord, and owe this to the high level of dedication and professionalism that all the staff at Williams & Goodwin, present and former, have provided me when managing my property portfolio. all members express great knowledge in the field and are always polite, approachable and friendly, which all contribute to a successful business relationship and mutual prosperity. GoogleRude and unprofessional staff , took over 4 months to fix our washer , no communication between departments, genuinely disgraceful response times and attitudes from all staff, I wouldn’t rent from them again or recommend them to anyone no matter how desperate
It was good to have a friendly and constructive meeting with you at the property last week. GoogleHad a 3-year tenancy with these guys up in North Wales, and during this whole time I've had no trouble at all with them. Every member of staff I've interacted with has been incredibly helpful, and very kind and courteous too. They've always responded to my queries quickly and promptly be it over the phone or in person. If ever life takes me back to Wales I'd be more than happy to rent with these guys again. Diolch yn fawr!

I was offered a property elsewhere, when explaining this to Nadine she was incredibly pleasant wished me good luck in the future and said if there was anything i need to just drop her a call. It was third time lucky for us when we sold and finally made it to completion! Thank you to everyone involved for your hard work and determination in getting our sale through.

During the meeting, I gained an understanding of how property management operates in the area, and the manager, who was extremely polite, sophisticated, and understanding, clarified the source of the misunderstanding. Therefore, I changed my comment.
