The Trusted AgentExcellent service from the Llangefni Sales Office.
We had a property to sell that was in need of modernisation. The sales staff were confident that the property would sell. They were all very friendly, informative and helpful and when they had an interested buyer, the staff kept us updated with the progress of the sale. The staff were highly proficient in negotiating the sale and in reaching a mutually acceptable price for the sale of the property. Any problems that were encountered were dealt with efficiently and diplomatically. They were truthful and gave realistic targets for the likely timescale for a sale. This is the second property that this Sales Office have sold for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Although I lived 80 miles away from the property I was buying through Williams & Goodwin and I never met any of the employees the information that I received over the telephone was incalculable, the staff were always courteous and any requests were dealt with promptly a well deserved pat on the back to all concerned and if ever I will have any property to sell in the future I would not hesitate to use the services of Williams & Goodwin.. Well done.

The Trusted AgentGreat Customer Service
Bought a house with Property People back in October, Sarah and Elin have been brilliant throughout, keeping us updated and informed with all decisions and changes. And if and when they weren't available, whoever that was covering in the office was fully aware of the situations and could update us straight away.
They were quick with emails and call backs, and were flexible with re-visits to the property.
Thank you

I would highly recommend Williams & Goodwin to anyone thinking of selling their property. Sarah and Elin were extremely helpful, professional and friendly.and kept in regular contact.. Originally I had been thinking of using an online agent to sell my home but I doubt very much that I would have received the personal service that I received. I would most definitely use Williams & Goodwin in the future.

The Trusted AgentA great service from beginning to end
From the day that our rental property became available Williams & Goodwin advertised it that day and the viewings just flowed in! This, in turn meant that it was occupied again within seven weeks with tenants that matched their and our needs. Jemma & Gwenno were particularily helpful informing and reminding us of every aspect of the process. They even found us an electrician at short notice which was particularily helpful.

The Trusted AgentExpert, professional and personal
I am delighted with the service I have received from Williams & Goodwin's All Wales Auction arm. Never having offered a property for auction before, I was truly impressed with the skill and expertise of the team, with their professional approach and their personal attention, all of which gave me confidence in this specialised area of the property market. I was kept informed at regular intervals of the numbers of viewings, all of which were accompanied and conducted by the very knowledgeable Peter and I felt in control but supported most ably by Gwennan in the office, who always responded to any of my queries with assurance and understanding. Thank you to the whole team for an excellent outcome and brilliant service..

The Trusted AgentGreat agents, we have been renting through the llangefni office for over two years.
Any issues have been dealt with promptly (the loss of the fence, in a storm) and the staff are friendly and courteous. Greg makes quarterly visits and is always pleasant and approachable. The contractor they use to make repairs, Meredydd, is professional and worked quickly, leaving everything tidy.

We dealt with this agent as a buyer and had great service from them. As I guess with a lot of house purchases things don't always go smoothly and the team here (particular mention to Vanessa) were really helpful and supportive to resolve outstanding issues and get answers to questions, great communication and always returned phone calls / emails when they said they would.

We have been using this letting agent for around 6 months and have found them to be extremely helpful in both our property search and throughout our tenancy in our chosen property. They have dealt with any problems or queries promptly and have helped a great deal. Two employees in particular stand out, those being Greg and Emily who have always been on hand in a friendly and professional way. I would highly suggest this letting agent again.
