The Trusted AgentImpeccable service
We have bought and sold many properties in the last 15 years and therefore have encountered many estate agents, Williams and Goodwin stand head and shoulders above the rest. From the moment Tim Goodwin came to value our house we where made to feel at ease and confident in the team. The turnaround from when we instructed them to our first viewing was a matter of days - as busy self employed people we where unable to do viewings so the team undertook all viewings for us - completely hassle free for us! The team has communicated throughly and consistently with us and the buyer leading to a speedy sale. We have felt comfortable in contacting and speeking to all the team at the Bangor branch and we will not hesitate in using them again and we will certainly recommend to our family and friend
Christina and Guy thank you so much for going to the trouble of posting a review. You had done such a fantastic job of. renovating the house it was a pleasure to show people around and I am delighted we achieved such a quick exchange for you. Also a big thank you for the recommendation in Lon y Bedw, this week. We received an acceptable offer today. Here's to the next project.

The Trusted AgentProfessional, personal and helpful,
Just bought our new home through Williams & Goodwin. The house we wished to view was arranged for the next day at a time convenient to us. We were met at the property and we're professionally shown around, the agent was knowledgeable, he didn't rush us and most importantly he wasn't pushy. He knew the property and surrounding area inside out, (it was in fact Mr Goodwin himself). We loved the property so much we made a realistic offer, the agent taking the call was enthusiastic and resourceful, I felt that she was genuinely interested in helping us get this property, after some negotiations we agreed on a price and from that moment on from offer to completion the same agent dealt with us, we were kept up to date with the whole process, when the solicitors were felt to be not moving as quickly as expected the agent was able to quickly intervene and guide both us the buyers and the seller to speed things up. In summary we have been extremely impressed with Williams & Goodwin estate agents. And wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future to buy or sell a property.
Thank you so much for going to the trouble of writing such a glowing review Nicholas. I was particularly pleased to see that you managed to get this house as you had missed out on a previous purchase, and this property was not only convenient for your work, but also close to your parents. I trust you will have many happy years in the property and I am glad we eventually managed to find the plumbing for the washing machine in the garage! Regards Tim

The Trusted AgentTop class, professional service throughout.
Excellent service from start to finish. A very professional organisation who go out of their way for their customers whatever the hurdles and barriers are. Very influential in pushing my deal through when neither solicitor involved appeared to be prioritising things. Pleasant, polite and well informed staff. Could not fault my experience at all.
So glad this sale went through for you Stephen as I know you were anxious to complete, and glad that with us working closely with the solicitors we were able to speed up matters. The house was ideal for your needs and provides a cosy home where you wanted to be. Now the stress of the move is over I hope you can sit back and enjoy your new home. Regards Tim

The Trusted AgentExcellent service
The staff are very friendly and helpful, as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile by Gwenno who was handling the paperwork with me. She was very thorough and very personable. She has answered any questions that I have had and provided me with all the information I needed. Highly recommend as an estate agent!

The Trusted AgentFantastic, professional and personal service.
Having bought a property through Williams and Goodwin 12 years ago, there was no doubt in our mind who to turn to when selling on. The advice that Tim gave in our initial meeting was invaluable. Nadine and the team in Bangor worked hard on our behalf and were always at the end of the phone to help or answer any queries. The marketing of the property was done in a professional but also personal way. When we then decided to 'let' our property, the transition from sellers to landlords was seamless, dealing then with staff at the Llangefni branch. Tenants were found within a day of marketing and as first time landlords, the advice given by Emily was so very helpful. Many thanks to all involved and we would highly recommend Williams and Goodwin to all parties.
Shoned. Thank you for going to the trouble to give us such a glowing review. It is always reassuring to know that we have provided such a good service that customers of old chose to come back to us. Likewise I am delighted to see that once again we have delivered the first class service customers have come to expect, and with you having now used more than one department I am glad to see that this has proved effortless and successful for you. I hope you are able to enjoy the lovely sunshine we are currently as you tackle garden project of your new home. All the best, and we look forward to continuing to serve your property needs in the future. Tim

We have been a tenant in a rented house which is managed by Williams and Goodwin for the past three years. Initial rental process was managed very well. Ongoing rental also managed to a great standard, any issues or problems are dealt with easily, quickly and effectively. We are always kept up to date with progress. All staff dealt with are very friendly, professional, reliable and helpful. Greg Horsman is our main point of contact and we couldn't ask for anyone better to deal with.

We've been with you for the last 5 years and we've always received very professional and excellent service. It was Greg Horsman who was looking after us from the beginning and up to now he is giving us regular visits to make sure everything is running smoothly. He is taking into consideration every query we might have and he is always coming back to us with the solutions, never leaving us in doubt. He is very friendly and we can always rely on him!

The Trusted AgentFirst class service
I am in the middle of moving home from Yorkshire and decided to rent a property while searching for a new home on Anglesey. Both Jemma and Gwenno, at the Llangefni branch, gave a first class service and sorted everything out for me for a smooth move. They are very welcoming, professional and approachable with queries responded to practically immediately. This is how customer service should be.

The Trusted AgentGreat, helpful and simple.
It was so easy for us to purchase the property through Williams and Goodwin. Julia was so helpful and patient with us throughout the process. We encountered some problems during the mortgage process, Julia and everyone else there were great, knowing how much we wanted to buy the house they assisted and advised us what to do step by step. We are very grateful for the service we received. They made sure that both ourselves and the sellers were up to date with everything that was happening. Definitely recommend.
Thank you so much for your feedback it is much appreciated. It was a tricky sale to get through for you initially and I'm so pleased you now have your dream home to bring up your lovely family. Kind Regards Julia

The Trusted AgentExcellent providers of managed service tenancy
Williams & Goodwin The Property People have been managing my HMO student-let in Bangor for the past 3 years. Since the initial consultation with Williams & Goodwin about renting the property, I was confident in my choice of agents. I had never contemplated the different aspects their service covers through the lifetime of a tenancy, from lettings advertisements, tenant vetting, deposits, check-in, inventory lists, periodic management visits, check-outs etc. All of the above is carried out with utmost efficiency and professionalism by Williams & Goodwin staff members, for me it makes owning a rental property easy.

The Trusted AgentFriendly and professional
I found Williams & Goodwin staff very efficient, friendly and professional. Julia made me feel totally satisfied that she was working hard on my behalf to sell my property and I was a valued customer. I will recommend Williams & Goodwin The Property People Ltd. to other friends who wish to sell their property.
Maureen I know Julia was delighted to help you with the sale of this property as although you had been on the market with another agent for a number of years, it was great that once we were instructed we were quickly able to find you a purchaser who is delighted with your house. We fully understand how hard it was for you to move after having spent over 30 years at the property but you are no doubt delighted that the new owners intend spending just as long raising their family at the property as you did. I trust you have just as happy a time in your new bungalow in Menai Bridge, and continue to enjoy your gardening.
