The Trusted AgentFriendly and very helpful
On most occasions, I spoke with Leslie on the phone. She was helpful and most importantly, communicative. She offered assistance if we needed it, at every stage and made our purchase of Siop Farm, Four Mile Bridge, go swiftly and smoothly.
As first time buyers, we had been led to believe by others that buying a house was a huge, up hill struggle but in fact we found the exact opposite.
Hopefully my husband and I will never have to buy another house in our life time but if we did, then we would choose to Williams and Goodwin to help us do it.

The Trusted AgentGreat, friendly letting agent with a personal touch.
Gwenno and the other staff at Williams & Goodwin have been very helpful from the outset of our property search. Unfortunately we kept missing out on the properties we were interested in but Gwenno would regularly update me with potential new houses fresh on the market. The personal service was great and truly appreciated, especially as the search was honed in to our particular requirements (having a pet a tow for example!). Many Thanks, I look forward to using you for my future property needs.

Just bought our new home through Williams & Goodwin. Tim arranged a viewing out of his usual work hours to cater for our needs. We instantly feel in love with the house. Julia kept us informed every step of the way, so that there was no need to be thinking about anything other than the completion date for the sale. Excellent team would 100% use these guys again.

The Trusted AgentI received exceptionally good help from wonderful people
I was helped by Gwenno and others at W&G for over a year as I tried to find a property to come home to after 30 years in the USA. I had to be in contact from the States, and I was given every help in finding just the right house in just the right place.
The staff were patient with me and kept me posted all along the process.
Thank you all for taking care of all my fussy needs!
