And I loved to thanks the whole team for their hard working, the staff are very polite kind and always there when needed them. Again thank you very much Denise for your hard work you help me a lots and manage to get me move in without any hassle. GoogleThree hour journey for a viewing that was cancelled and they failed to notify me - Further to this they have claimed in their response that they left messages, I don’t know how as my phone does not allow voicemails and that they emailed they have not. I’ve emailed the agent directly and they do not respond.
Hi Daniel, we apologise for any inconvenience you were caused. We did leave two messages to explain that the vendors had received an offer and that the property was no longer available, the vendor was also aware of the circumstances. We also sent an email to your contact address. We contacted you as soon as we were aware of the situation but unfortunately the messages weren’t picked up prior to the viewing. We know how frustrating this situation has been for you and we do sympathise but unfortunately it was out of our control as we had no other means of contacting you. GoogleThis review is for all the staff at Williams and Donovan. We moved last week, and it was a bit off a nightmare to say the least. Stephen was very supportive and knowledgeable, as were other members of staff that we spoke to we were kept in the loop with each step. Stephen explained a bit better than the solicitor of any off the problems that had arisen. He handled everything very professionally and put us at ease. However, Paul was an absolute constant support throughout the process. Paul’s ability to get updates across the chain was invaluable, he clearly has all the connections with solicitors and local estate agencies. GoogleAn excellent service. We found our new home through Williams & Donovan and we asked if everyone could help to complete the purchase as soon as possible. The transaction took only 5 weeks from start to finish. All the team at Williams & Donovan were terrific. Always returned calls & helped move things along all through the transaction. If only all Estate Agents worked hard like these people.
