GoogleI cannot fault the agents Williams & Donovan. They were always available to give any help and advise on selling my home. I was always given feedback from all viewings so you were not left wondering. Once sold I dealt with Lynn who kept me up to date with regular updates on the progression of the chain and was on the ball to keep things moving. I would highly recommend all at W&D.

FacebookI've recently moved into a lovely house in Ashingdon let by Williams and Donovan.I must say the lettings team were fantastic from first viewing to moving in.Val was very helpful in keeping me updated on progress and moving dates etc..An all round great professional service.Thanks guys.Lee Copsey

FacebookWe've just completed our house move and Williams and Donovan were fantastic from start to finish. Whilst our property was on the market they kept us up to date with progress and discussed different options clearly that led to us selling in just over 4 weeks. The sales progression was excellent with Lynn being a great help in chasing those that needed chasing when it was needed to get things moving. Would highly recommend them as we are very pleased with the service we received.

FacebookI would highly recommend working with Williams and Donovan. I bought a bungalow early in the year and they kept in contact and chased my solicitors on a regular basis throughout the Covid lockdown. I was able to move as soon as the restrictions were lifted because they had made sure everything was in order during lockdown. Very easy to to contact and friendly from the first viewing to the moment we picked up the keys. We would happily sell and buy through them in future.

FacebookAbsolutely awful from start to finish, worst letting agent I have used. I had to wait 4 months for an important repair, rude staff and completely inefficient. Never respond to calls or emails. They are useless, I am not one to leave bad reviews but I feel I had to warn people of the Hockley letting office - AVOID!

GoogleAfter 25 years in Benfleet I decided to move to be nearer my family. I did some research and found Williams and Dovovan had the best reviews so I went with them. It was a difficult time because Covid 19 intervened and everything came to a standstill at one point. Williams and Dovovan went above and beyond to keep me informed of news relating to my conveyancing and even found me a new solicitor when my old one decided not to do conveyancing anymore after the lockdown ended. I would thoroughly recommend this company because they really go that extra mile and thoroughly deserve the excellent reputation they have.

GoogleI have used Williams and Donovan Hockley branch many times over the years and always found the staff to be helpful and professional. I recently sold a property through them and as always, have only good things to say about how they looked after me.
