GoogleWe used Williams & Donovan for the sale and purchase of our new home from June 2025 to when we completed in February 2026. The whole team were great from start to finish, the valuation and photos for the sale of our property with Lloyd, to our viewings organised and managed by Anita, Darren and Denise and a special mention to Stephanie who was a great help with our sale progression. She kept us up to date where needed and gave us regular reassurance due to unforseen circumstances in the chain. Stephanie was very responsive, always polite and helpful and in regular contact with us throughout, a great support! Thank you to you all, we would recommend Williams & Donovan.

GoogleWe used Williams and Donovan for the sale of our house. It was an excellent service from start to finish. They go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and are excellent at keeping you updated. Stephanie in Sales Progression is superb. She was always at the end of the phone if I had any queries and also helped with queries I had about the purchase of our new house. If we ever come to sell again, I would definitely use Williams and Donovan

GoogleI cannot recommend William & Donovan enough, their service, especially Anita during the initial viewings and Steph during the sales process have been exceptional. At every single stage they kept us updated & continuously went out of their way to provide us with updates. We were on the purchasing side this time around however would have no concerns using the again if we do eventually sell! 5* service

GoogleWe had a really positive experience selling our home with Williams and Donovan. From the very outset, we felt we were in safe hands, the valuation was explained well and judged with evidence from local sale prices which Darren explained and gave us confidence in the process. Darren's professional photography skills and marketing were excellent and resulted in over 40 viewings within just two weeks. As the sale progressed, the process became more challenging when our chain fell through twice. Throughout this, the team were calm, supportive and knowledgeable, helping us navigate some very difficult situations. A special mention to Stephanie, who worked tirelessly to push our new buyers forward and ultimately helped secure a quick sale, enabling us to move before Christmas. We originally bought our house through Williams and Donovan and were impressed back then, so we’re really glad we chose to sell through them too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, proactive and reassuring estate agent. Thank you to Anita too, who was brilliant and reassuring through out the whole process.

GoogleAbsolutely fabulous service from Darren, Stephanie and the team at William and Donovan, Benfleet! From start to finish, its been brilliant! We went on the market on the Monday, got a full asking price offer the very next day (sheer luck and amazing marketing by the team) and three months later, we're finally moving to our dream home. Darren came round initially and provided advice about the best way to sell our house. Then he came back a few days later to take our pictures. The pictures were brilliant and really made our house look like a home. Some pictures you see on the selling sites from other estate agents look awful but Darren's were so professional. Once our sale occurred and we had an offer accepted on another property, Stephanie took over. Her updates via telephone and email were invaluable and it took the stress out of dealing directly with the solicitors. She has been courteous and polite throughout the process and finally, after a slight snag that wasn't her fault, we've exchanged one day before completion. We can't wait to move into our new home and cannot thank William and Donovan enough! Would absolutely recommend.

GoogleAfter having an awful experience with another estate agent we decided to put our trust in Williams and Donovan, not only did they assist with a tenant situation very professionally they secured an offer on the property, although there were some complications with the process of the sale (mainly on the buyers side) Stephanie at Williams and Donovan was always on the other end of the phone and email to answer any queries we had. She was always very polite and professional, she went above and beyond many times often doing the solicitors job !! Not only is she the best at her job, she truly is the most calm person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Eventually we exchanged and have now completed the sale. I can 100% recommend the professionalism of this company, thank you from all The Whites !! 😌

GoogleWe bought our new family home from williams and Donovan, it was a very stressful time for us due to our buyers solicitor delaying things and if it was ever gonna happen but all the staff are amazing and Stephanie and Anita are so kind. always got back to us by phone if I had any questions about the property we was buying. We was also gifted a bottle of drink and a new home card when we collected our Keys, which was so lovely .We would highly recommend williams and Donovan.

GoogleWould 100% recommend. Lloyd, Darren, Stephanie and Anita have been absolutely brilliant! We initially used another local estate agent and hadn't sold in 9 months. After 4 days of being on the market with Williams and Donovan we'd sold! Communication has been 1st class throughout. We always got feedback about viewings without having to ask. After selling the team were always one step ahead of the solicitors, and gave us helpful information to assist with the exchange and completion process. Couldn't be happier with the service and would use them again :D

GoogleI have overall been really pleased with the whole process but have to call out Stephanie Jones in after sales. She has been amazing and gone far and beyond what you would expect an estate agent would have to do continually chasing solicitors and other estate agents in the chain that just can't communicate. Worth using Williams and Donovan just for Stephanie to look after the sale.

There’s so much involved in every property sale, from photos to booking viewings to negotiating a sale; but we realize how important the after sales process is, which is why we invest in a full time member of staff solely communicating between the solicitors, agents, clients etc. This said, many still fail to shine where Stephanie excels. Your review means the world to us, thank you.
