GoogleWe recently sold our house with Williams and Donovan, the process was very well managed from start to finish. The initial meeting with Darren was very professional and gave us confidence that they were the right team to go with. He said they'd sell it within a month... a week later we had 3 offers and it was sold within 12 days. The team managing the sale were understanding and very efficient in booking in appointments with us. The team, especially Stephanie were quick to respond to any questions, and were good in terms of communicating any updates. We really appreciated the effort that was put into the customer experience, the efficiency around the process and their professionalism. Highly recommend!

GoogleI honestly can not thank the team at Williams and Donovan enough for all their help the past couple of months especially the wonderful Denise. My situation wasnt the easiest and due to my own circumstances we hit quite a few road blocks however Denise and the team never gave up and made me feel at ease. In my eyes they went above and beyond. They made every step of the process as easy as they could, reassuring me constantly and making sure I wasnt worrying. They never made me feel like I was asking for too much and never gave up on me and what I needed. For a first time renter I can say they have kept me updated, helped me understand the process and never made any question I had feel stupid. The home I have is so lovely I feel very lucky. Thank you all and thank you Denise for your belief in me and my situation it means alot!

GoogleThe whole team have been great . The sale was not without its frustrations but everyone did all they could to help . Also as my property was empty and I live abroad they did help out with periodic inspections which was over and above the level of service I expected. Can’t recommend enough

GoogleI would definitely recommend Williams and Donovan in Hockley. So professional and helpful. I was originally selling a property with another estate agent as well as Williams and Donovan but very quickly realised the difference in service and attention was miles apart and came away from the other one leaving it just with W&D and I'm so glad I did. They were so thorough, keeping me informed at all times, arranging and doing viewings as the property was empty and basically took care of everything for me. So refreshing to find an estate agent getting it right! Definitely one to trust!
