GoogleI would recommend Cedric and his team for buying and selling property. They went the distance and were extremely helpful in the selling of my Great Aunt's house. Cedric met with me to discuss the sensitive issue and showed compassion to my Great Aunt. The other estate Agents did not do that. I met with different members of his Team along the way and they were All professional and helped with the various tricky issues that cropped up. I would definitely use them again, if i needed to do so.

This is an extremely unusual situation. In the unlikely event that a tenancy deposit has been referred to the TDS we have historically had all claims upheld. We need to investigate this situation further internally. I would like to reassure you that this process is a well-trodden path and we endeavour to remain as objective as possible with very transparent procedures. We can only apologise for the confusion this situation has caused, we will be taking this up with the TDS.
