From the moment Ed viewed the property I felt his valuation was evidence and experience based and he clearly understood the challenges (it really needed updating) with the selling points (great garden) so I felt he would be presenting the property honestly but with an aim to maximise the best price for us and with a competitive commission rate...it was a good start...
Wow, did he deliver! 14 viewings in 2 days, 6 offers and 3 bang on asking price, £50k/ 10% above the best alternative agent valuation.)
Throughout the sale he has been efficient, professional and courteous. Really felt it was about getting our property sold, not earning his commission.
Ed went above and beyond, chasing surveyors, solicitors and buyers and pushed us through to exchange when we thought it wasn't going to happen.
The team at W&S are brilliant in all departments, I thoroughly recommend them.
