After deciding to take advantage of the stamp duty reduction, we contacted four estate agents for valuations. All were very similar in price estimates but we got on well with Whites, who were very confident of selling within the timescale. We started marketing the property in August/September 2019 and we were lucky enough to have Grace Jackson assigned to look after us. We were kept informed at every stage of the process and were soon inundated with viewings. These were all handled by Grace and the team (Maddie and Bailey) and every time they turned up they were friendly, responsive and followed the Covid guidelines. It was not long before we got an offer on the property ( first week of October).As we were moving out of the area, we spent the next three weeks searching for a property to move into. This was found by the end of October. We got a solicitor (recommended by Grace) and we moved forward. This is where Grace and the team really came into their own, they were brilliant chasing all parties involved to make sure we hit our deadline of moving before Christmas. Grace worked all hours to ensure that everything worked. I am pleased to say that we achieved our goal of being in by Christmas and this was mainly down to Grace, with fantastic support from Maddie, Bailey and the rest of the team at White's.Thank you so much!! I have been dealing with Whites & sons block managment now for a few years as a concractor and find there staff to be very professional and helpful at all times, as a small business the prompt payments of my invoices is very helpful,Deborah Webber is the lady that i deal with most of all and she is very friendly and helpful,very efficient, Deborah knows all of her properties very well and deals with any maintenance problems stright away,I would have no problem recomending White & sons,Neil O'Reilly

“White and Sons have now been our managing agents for over twenty years. During that period we have developed an excellent relationship with all the staff involved in block management. Their team is organised in such a way that most of our work is handled by one main contact who is supported by an administrative team. Other members of the team will assist when the main contact is unavailable. We also have direct contact with their accounts department when needed. We would recommend them to any other management company looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and helpful team as their managing agent.”

FacebookWe purchased our house in 2010 with White & Sons in Dorking so when we decided to sell in 2019, it felt only right to give the property back to them and we weren't disappointed with the sales valuation we received from Tom. Our property went under offer on July 18th 2019 but unfortunately in October of that year our buyers buyer pulled out. We took the decision to wait for them to secure another buyer but with Christmas & then lockdown we finally completed on August 7th to begin our new life in Ireland. Throughout the whole process White & Sons team were very professional. We were initially dealing with Philip but he was replaced with Maddy who was always very friendly, helpful and kept us updated along the way. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Well done White & Sons, keep up the good work and all the best for 2021.
