GoogleWe recently used White & Sons for our house sale. From the start of the process right through Luke and the whole team were professional and helpful. Luke, Kieran & James actively arranged and managed viewings right away. All negotiations and offers were handled sensitively with great communication and Sue made sure we got all important paperwork and information quickly and with no problems. We really appreciated how well informed we were kept throughout and how Luke helped communication flow more easily between both parties and the solicitors. A potentially stressful process was made easier with how friendly and approachable every member of the team are and If you need an estate agents to buy or sell we would definitely recommend this lovely team.

GoogleTop class service. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was always kept in the loop with the progress of my sale. Huge thanks for the massive effort to find another buyer within a week when my initial buyer pulled out at short notice. Great recommendation of a local removals firm too!

GoogleExtremely pleased with the service received from White & Sons’ team, particularly James and Stephanie who were very supportive in helping us to find a buy-to-let property. Their friendly attitude and dedicated approach to the clients’ needs, in addition to the office’s long opening hours, made the process easy and enjoyable. Our emails and phone calls were always returned straight away, and we also were able to book late evening viewings to fit around our working hours. We will certainly use the White and Son’s service again in the future.

GoogleBeing first time buyers, and having heard how lengthy and difficult the process can be, we prepared ourselves for the 'worst'. I can however say that the process, while lengthy, was anything but. James and his team were extremely knowledgeable, always willing to assist, and available when needed. We were always kept informed of where we were in the process, what was required from us to progress, or if delayed - the reasons for this and potential times to a resolution. I'd like to thank them for their professionalism, communication, and friendly way of work in helping us secure our new home.

GoogleBuying a house is such a stressful experience and after bad experiences in the past with other agents, White and Sons changed that. From first viewing to picking up our keys, they were wonderful and extremely personal. The bottle of Prosecco and signed card along with our new house keys was such a lovely touch that we weren’t expecting. Would highly recommend.
