GoogleI have been using Urban and Rural Estate Agents to buy a property that was listed with them and I have to say they have been by far and away the most responsive and professional agents that I have dealt with in this process. They have tried to accommodate my requests with the home owner as quickly as possibly, they have acted as a great go between myself and them and they have been very helpful the whole way through and while I'm still waiting for the house move to go through to completion I'm not worried to write a review now. They haven't tried the hard sell but have been fair in what they have pointed out as selling points of the property, they have acted professionally throughout the restrictions with covid and helped me feel comfortable throughout. Would recommend buying or selling with them. Charlie who we have been dealing with has been fantastic.

GoogleAbsolute professionals. They took a friendly but also highly motivated approach to selling my property. Constant updates and analytics were provided as well as as a WhatsApp group which made communicating and booking viewings a breeze. A weekly call to discuss progress were provided.
The property was extremely well represented in its online advertisement with great pictures, an accurate floorplan and a detailed narrative. During the selling process they have were incredibly helpful in pushing the sale along and with chasing progress along its various stages. The entire Urban and Rural team worked tirelessly to secure a buyer and provide assistance during selling.
My special thanks goes in particular to Samantha, especially during the closing stages of the sale and Amanda as well for being such a positive force throughout the process.
